Your ideas are very important in the planning process.

I am happy to sit down with you and discuss your ideas, whether original or based on something you've seen, and make your dreams come true. Together, we can look at your needs and your budget and combine them into a functional plan that fits your unique needs.

Using the latest in Computer Aided Drafting and Design technology, I will create a foundation plan that will show where support is needed. Floor plans of each floor will show everything in it's proper place. I take into consideration some details that may otherwise be overlooked, such as easy access to every room and even furniture placement to help get the most out of your rooms. I will readily make any changes needed until they are perfect for you. I will even use the windows and doors of your choice.

Your kitchen will be laid out to your liking, but with so many options and styles available, you should consult with your supplier for pricing.

Elevation plans will give you a two-dimensional rendering of what your new home will look like. All of my plans are drawn to Minnesota State building codes.
