Since each and every job is unique, it is impossible to give even a general price for the construction costs. If you are interested in receiving an estimate on your project, please contact us.
DRAFTING PRICES
New plans:

Starting at 30¢ per sq. ft. of liveable area
(Crawl space not counted)
(Garage not counted)
(Unfinished basement not counted)
8 Sets of blueprints included

Plans included are:

  • Foundation plan
  • Main floor plan
  • Second floor plan (if needed)
  • Elevations
  • Including garage

Price is per job

Material List of Common Items:
 $25.00/hour
Modification of Old Plans:
$25.00/hour + Blueprints
Extra Blueprints:

24 x 36, $2.50 per sheet + postage
18 x 24, $2.25 per sheet + postage

Payments are to be received as follows:
Half when rough in of floor plans completed. Balance upon delivery of final prints.
